Falmouth Classics Regatta returns from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 June 2027 for its 40th-anniversary edition. The organiser has confirmed three days of racing, parades and shore events, running alongside Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival.
Classic sail, motor and steam vessels gather in Carrick Roads and Falmouth Bay. The event includes racing, a Parade of Classic Boats and a separate Small Classic Boat Parade for craft under 20 feet. The organiser says participating vessels can range from 9 feet to more than 150 feet.

Venue: Carrick Roads, Falmouth Bay and waterfront locations in Falmouth. The official site identifies Pendennis Point, Trefusis Point, Castle Drive and nearby coastal paths as established viewing areas, but the 2027 shore programme is not yet final.
Admission: Visitor admission has not been fully published for 2027. Race entry packages and social tickets shown on the organiser’s site are for participating crews and must not be presented as spectator prices.
Programme: Two days of racing, the main classic-boat parade, the small-boat parade and onshore activity are confirmed at overview level. Exact race starts, public boat-viewing times and Maritime Village hours will follow in the event programme.
The regatta shares the weekend with the Sea Shanty Festival, so central Falmouth and waterfront transport will be busy. Check both official programmes before travel because road, ferry and timetable details can change between editions.
