Falmouth Week runs from Friday 6 to Sunday 15 August 2027. Sailing remains central, with the Port of Falmouth Sailing Association coordinating races through six local clubs. Shoreside activity includes the Pink Wig Mermaid March on the opening Friday, Falmouth Carnival the next day, and family events on The Moor and Events Square through the week.
The Pink Wig Mermaid March takes over the streets on Friday 6 August, raising money for the Mermaid Centre, Cornwall’s breast cancer unit at Royal Cornwall Hospital. Falmouth Carnival follows on Saturday 7 August with a parade through the town centre. Evening entertainment runs all week in the Waterfront Marquee, organised by Southwest Bars and Events, alongside an air display on Wednesday 11 August.

Admission: Mixed. Harbour viewing and daytime town activity are open access; Waterfront Marquee performances and some sailing entries require payment.
Rail: Change at Truro for the Maritime Line, a twice-hourly service of about 20 minutes. Use Falmouth Docks station where possible; Falmouth Town station closes on Wednesday 11 August for the air display.
Parking: Church Street car park closes for the festival. Accessible parking is at the bottom of Killigrew Street, at Grove Place, at the Maritime Museum car park and at Town Quarry (with the Go Cornwall No. 60 shuttle bus), and a Changing Places facility is at Grove Place.
