St Ives Food & Drink Festival ran from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 May 2026 on Porthminster Beach. The organiser described three free festival days built around chef demonstrations, live music, artisan food and drink.
The 2026 programme included cooking at the Chef’s Fire Pit, a Beach Stage, an artisan market, street food and family activity. Masterclasses and chef-table experiences used separate booking arrangements, so the event is recorded as mixed admission rather than wholly free.
