The Park

The Park is an award-winning holiday village near Mawgan Porth on the north Cornwall coast, offering self-catering lodges, cottages, and yurts set in landscaped grounds. Mawgan Porth Beach is 600 metres away on foot - a wide Atlantic-facing bay that draws surfers and families in equal measure. Dogs are welcome on selected units and parking is provided.

On-site facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, children's play areas, and communal BBQ spots. The park runs activities including yoga, surfing lessons, and a Kids' Club. The WiFi extends throughout the site.

From the park, Bedruthan Steps - the line of sea stacks carved by the Atlantic - is a 1.5 miles walk north along the South West Coast Path. Watergate Bay, with the Extreme Academy watersports centre, is 1.8 miles south. The Scarlet Hotel sits on the cliff above Mawgan Porth for a cocktail with views, and Newquay with its surf shops, restaurants, and harbour is roughly 7 miles south via the B3276.

Best for families or groups wanting a self-catering park base with on-site facilities, direct beach access on foot, and activities for children. Less good for those wanting a private rural cottage feel - this is a managed park with shared facilities and other guests on site.
