15 Tower Meadows

15 Tower Meadows is a detached house in the village of St Buryan, on the Penwith peninsula between Land's End and Penzance. Four bedrooms sleep 8: a king-size en-suite master, two doubles, and a twin, with a second bathroom serving the remaining three rooms. A conservatory off the main living room extends the space in cooler weather, and the enclosed rear garden has a BBQ and tiered lawn with two off-road parking spaces on the driveway.

Porthcurno is 2.5 miles - one of West Cornwall's most-photographed coves, with white sand and turquoise water framed by high cliffs. The Minack Theatre, built into the cliff above Porthcurno in the 1930s and still staging productions through summer, is 4 miles from the house. Penberth Cove, a smaller working fishing cove, is 1.9 miles and rarely busy even in peak season.

This house works for larger families or two families sharing who want direct access to West Cornwall's coastal scenery without paying premium prices for a Porthcurno or St Ives address. The dishwasher, washing machine, and BBQ reduce friction for 8-person stays. It is less good for guests without a car - public transport in this part of the peninsula is very limited.

Land's End is 5 miles west, and Lamorna Cove with its granite quarry history is 3 miles east. Penzance, the nearest large town with supermarkets and a main rail terminus, is approximately 7 miles.
