A short walk down the private track leads to Lamorna Cove, and the South West Coast Path passes close by for walks along the cliffs. Sennen and Porthcurno make for good days out, or take a short drive to Land's End, England's most westerly point. Watch freshly caught fish come in at the harbour villages of Newlyn or Mousehole, carry on to Penzance for a range of facilities, or head to Marazion to walk the causeway to St Michael's Mount.

This reverse-level barn has four bedrooms, all on the ground floor. The master bedroom is a large space with a king-size bed and TV, leading through to a single room and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle and WC. The next bedroom has twin beds, and the fourth has a king-size bed plus an additional single. A second bathroom on the ground floor has a separate shower cubicle and WC, and a cloakroom sits along the corridor with a further WC. Upstairs, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is ideal for socialising and eating, with panoramic views around the property. Comfortable chairs and sofas sit around the TV/DVD, plus extra seating near the kitchen. The kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave, with a dining table seating up to eight for home-cooked meals together.

The large lawn, shared with other properties on the complex, is ideal for children and dogs to run and play. While they're occupied, relax on the balcony seating with a good book or a cup of tea.
