16 Seaspray

16 Seaspray is a duplex apartment in Porthtowan village, arranged over two floors with the main living space on the lower level and a mezzanine double bedroom above. The decked balcony faces directly over the beach, giving sea views across Porthtowan Bay from the living room and the upper bedroom. Off-road parking sits below the building. A second bedroom on the lower level has a double and a single bed, and one shower room serves both sleeping spaces.

Porthtowan Beach - Porthtowan's own beach is immediately below the building, within 100m of the front door. The Blue Bar, one of the most-visited beach bars on the north Cornish coast, is at ground level directly below the apartment. The beach holds Blue Flag status in summer. Dog-friendly access is included.

This apartment suits couples or small families for whom the beach location is the priority, and who want a pub on the doorstep rather than a quiet country escape. The mezzanine bedroom layout is best for adults or older children - it is less good for families with very young children given the open staircase. The absence of a washing machine limits stays to shorter breaks unless guests plan laundromat visits.

The South West Coast Path connects Porthtowan to Portreath 3 miles south and to St Agnes 3 miles north, both walkable in a day. Truro city centre is approximately 9 miles inland.
