19 Barnaloft

19 Barnaloft is an upper-floor apartment in St Ives, sleeping three in an open gallery bedroom. A double bed is on the lower level and a single is reached by an open staircase above. One bathroom serves the apartment. The gallery layout means the single bed is a staircase climb away from the double.

Sliding glass doors connect the open-plan living area to a private balcony looking directly over Porthmeor Beach, below Tate St Ives. Wi-Fi and nearby parking are included. Dogs are not accepted. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a small freezer, and the bathroom has a shower and WC.

The harbour is 400 metres away along the harbourside path, placing shops, restaurants and galleries within the central St Ives area. The open staircase up to the gallery bed is worth noting for guests with young children or limited mobility.

Porthgwidden Beach and Porthmeor Beach are each 200 metres away, while St Ives Harbour Beach is 400 metres away. The St Ives guide covers the town and its beaches.

**Best for:** two or three guests prioritising a private balcony, sea views and Porthmeor Beach. **Less good for:** anyone uneasy with an open gallery staircase, or guests needing step-free access.
