The apartment has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The open-plan kitchen and living/dining room comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Smart TV and WiFi are provided. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

A private garage provides parking for one car - a significant advantage in St Ives, where spaces are scarce during summer. The front patio has outdoor furniture and storage, though it is not enclosed. Access is via a flight of stairs from street level.

Porthminster Beach, a south-facing sandy beach with RNLI lifeguards and a well-regarded cafe, is the closest at 300 metres. St Ives Harbour Beach is 500 metres away, sheltered by Smeaton's Pier. Porthmeor Beach, home to the Tate St Ives gallery on its clifftop, is 800 metres north. The town centre has pubs within 100 metres and shops within 300 metres.

Best for a couple, or three guests, who want St Ives on foot with a private garage for one car. Less good for anyone who struggles with stairs: access is via a flight of stairs from street level.
