3 Crab Rock - Dolphin is a compact one-bedroom house on the waterside at St Ives, with direct views across the harbour and out over the bay from the living area. Light comes in from multiple angles through the windows, and the position next to Porthminster Beach means the sea is within 30 seconds on foot. St Ives Harbour Beach is 200 metres away; Porthmeor, the surf-facing north beach, is 600 metres.

The house sleeps 2 in a double bedroom and has WiFi throughout. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge, and the dining table and chairs stand by the wide windows. The property is on the second floor, reached through a shared hallway and two flights of stairs. The property's value is purely in its location, which is hard to beat for couples who want to be at the centre of St Ives. Restaurants, galleries, the harbour fish stalls and the narrow lanes of the old town are immediately outside.

Dogs are not accepted. Best for couples who want a genuine waterside location in the centre of St Ives and are happy with a smaller, well-positioned property. Not ideal for those needing extra sleeping space.
