A two-bedroom dog-friendly cottage about a mile from St Teath, sleeping four in the rolling farmland between the north Cornwall coast and Bodmin Moor. The property has a wood-burning stove in the sitting room and an external garden house with its own TV, kitchenette, and shower - a self-contained space for wet-weather days or teenagers.

Inside, a king-size double and a twin bedroom sit on the upper floor. The ground-floor bathroom has a bath and shower, with an additional basin and WC elsewhere. The kitchen includes a dining area and comes equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Central heating and underfloor heating supplement the wood burner. Fibre optic WiFi is provided throughout.

Tregardock Beach is 2.2 miles away - a remote sandy beach reached by a steep 15 to 20-minute path, with powerful surf and dramatic rock formations. Port Gaverne Beach, a sheltered cove near Port Isaac with rock pools and calm water for swimming, is 4.3 miles.

St Teath sits at a crossroads between coast and moor, with Port Isaac about 5 miles northwest and Tintagel roughly 5 miles northeast. The White Hart pub is in the village, and Camelford has a small supermarket about 3 miles south. One dog is welcome, and off-road parking for one car is reserved.
