8 Summerleaze

8 Summerleaze is a single-storey lodge on Bude Holiday Resort, close to Bude rather than in the town itself. It sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double with a TV and its own walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin, also with a TV. A separate bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin and a WC.

Everything sits on one level. An entrance hallway takes coats and boots, and a separate utility room leads off it. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a dining table for four and a sitting area with an electric fire. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Central heating, WiFi and a TV are included, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

Outside there is a terrace with furniture, and parking is off-road. The pub is 0.2 miles away, the beach 0.8 miles and the nearest shop 1.8 miles. Bude Sea Pool and the South West Coast Path are among the local sights, with Widemouth Bay and Stratton also nearby.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed anywhere. The lodge suits two couples or a family of four travelling with one dog, and it is best for guests who want a single-storey layout.
