Amelia Cottage

Amelia Cottage is a traditional stone cottage for six across three storeys in Polruan. Every room has a river view, and the private front terrace looks across the river and harbour, furnished with garden seating.

Two king-size bedrooms occupy the first floor. The main bedroom has a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, while a twin sits on the second floor, giving the cottage two bathrooms overall. A multi-fuel stove serves the lounge, with Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and washing machine also provided. Living space, bedrooms and terrace are spread across the three storeys, so the layout suits guests comfortable with stairs rather than those needing a single-level stay. Dogs are not accepted, and there is no allocated parking, so guests should confirm the nearest place to leave a car before arrival.

Polruan Landing is less than 200 metres away, where the passenger ferry leaves for Fowey. Readymoney Cove is 900 metres away, followed by Lantic Bay at 1.1 miles and Lansallos Beach at 2.4 miles. The South West Coast Path starts nearby, and the Bodinnick guide covers the estuary crossing on the opposite bank.
