Ammil Bespoke

Ammil Bespoke is a ground-floor apartment in the middle of St Ives, laid out as a studio. A double bed, a sitting area with a large leather sofa, a kitchen and a round wooden dining table share one open room, with the TV angled so it can be watched from either the sofa or the bed. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and kettle, and the apartment has electric central heating, WiFi and a TV. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there is a garden with decking and furniture.

Parking is in public car parks nearby. The beach is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.2 miles and the pub 0.1 miles. Because the apartment sits next to pubs and restaurants, some noise from the street is likely, so it is worth knowing before you book.

It sleeps two. Pets are not accepted, smoking is not allowed, and the apartment is not suitable for babies or children. It suits couples and solo travellers who want to be close to the harbour and Tate St Ives, and it is less good for families and for light sleepers.
