The apartment looks out across the working fishing port and the estuary where the East and West Looe rivers meet. Changeover day is Friday, with check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The property is reached via a slope, which may not suit anyone with walking difficulties.

Two bedrooms and a single bathroom sit within an open layout that makes use of the elevated position. A dishwasher, washing machine, and Wi-Fi are included, and the apartment is arranged on a single floor. Dogs are welcome, which suits walkers heading along the coast path or catching the seasonal ferry from the harbour to Looe Island.

The terrace is the main outdoor feature, positioned to take in the estuary view in the evening. A communal garden provides additional outdoor space. East Looe Beach is around half a mile across the bridge - the town's main sandy beach, sheltered by the harbour arm at low tide. Hannafore Beach is a few minutes' walk for rockpooling along the rocky foreshore.

Best for couples or small families who want harbour views and a dog-friendly property within walking distance of Looe's independent shops and seafood restaurants. Less suited to guests who prioritise a private garden or direct beach frontage.
