Apartment, Trenython Estate, Par

Guests here get shared use of the estate facilities on the Trenython Estate, which include an indoor swimming pool, a gym, restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is near Par, on the estate, and Par Beach nearby has sandy shores and coastal walks.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Each has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living and dining room shares the space with a kitchen that has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.

There is a Smart TV and WiFi, central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A highchair and a travel cot are available for families with young children.

The garden is not enclosed, and it comes with a patio, furniture and a balcony. Parking is off-road for one car. The shop and the pub are each 1.1 miles away. From Par, Charlestown is 2 miles and Fowey 5 miles.

Group bookings are not accepted, no pets are allowed and smoking is banned. The apartment suits a family of four or two couples who want a pool on site, and it is less good for anyone bringing a dog.
