Lake View 10

Lake View 10 is a single-storey, dog-friendly lodge at Par Sands Holiday Park, about 100 metres from Par Beach on Cornwall's south coast. The cottage sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and accepts up to 2 well-behaved dogs.

The layout is open-plan with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric fire. The double bedroom has a TV and en-suite with basin and WC. A twin bedroom sits alongside, and a separate shower room has a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge. The lodge has a decked area with outdoor furniture. Carlyon Bay, a long sandy beach with watersports hire, is 3.8 km away. Readymoney Cove near Fowey is 4.2 km along the coast, and the Eden Project is a 5-minute drive from the park.

Best for families with dogs, or groups wanting resort-style facilities without paying resort prices. Less good for anyone expecting a quiet rural setting - this is a managed holiday park with other lodges around you.
