Enclosed decking with furniture forms the outdoor space, and parking is off-road for one car. From the caravan, the beach is 0.3 miles, the pub 0.5 miles and the shop 0.7 miles. Par is on St Austell Bay and has a dog-friendly beach where dogs are allowed all year round.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The caravan suits a couple with a young child and a cot, or two adults with dogs, and it is best for anyone who prefers everything on one level.
