Appletree Cottage Kilkhampton

Appletree Cottage is a two bedroom barn conversion near Kilkhampton for four guests. One room has a king size bed, while the king size zip-and-link room can become two two-foot-six-inch singles on request, giving the second bedroom flexibility for children or friends. Two bathrooms give each room useful capacity, so groups are not sharing a single bathroom.

The reverse-level layout makes use of panoramic countryside views from the upper floor. A private decked patio contains a sunken hot tub, and the garden has a BBQ for outdoor cooking. Parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included. The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, and the open-plan lounge has a sofa bed and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and a TV. Up to two dogs can stay.

Sandymouth Beach is 3.0 miles away, Duckpool Beach is 3.1 miles away and Northcott Mouth Beach is 3.4 miles from the property, so a short drive is needed to reach the coast. Bude is 5.5 miles away, with Tamar Lakes water sports also nearby for a day out.

**Best for:** Two couples or a family wanting flexible beds, two bathrooms, countryside views, a hot tub and room for two dogs.

**Less good for:** Guests needing step-free access or a beach within walking distance.
