Bay windows with original glass panes frame the open-plan living space, which has contemporary seating and four Smart TVs spread across the property. A loft snug gives adults and children separate space. The fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room handle group catering, and a dishwasher and washing machine are included. Three bathrooms serve the four bedrooms - the master en-suite has a large rainfall shower and free-standing bath. A sofa bed in the main living room provides additional sleeping for two.

On the private roof terrace, a hot tub overlooks the town - useful on warm evenings or after a day on the coast. The enclosed garden and off-road parking add further practicality for larger groups.

Art galleries, boutique shops, and the St Ives train station are all within a few minutes’ walk. Dogs are welcome on Harbour Beach (two minutes away) and nearby Bamaluz Beach, which is mainly used by locals. Seasonal dog restrictions apply on some beaches. Best for two or three families sharing, thanks to the loft snug for children, three en-suite bathrooms and the travel cot and highchair available on request. Less good for guests wanting a quiet retreat, since the central location puts it a short walk from shops, galleries and the harbour front.
