Carragmeor

Carragmeor is a five-bedroom reverse-level house in St Ives, sleeping 10 with panoramic ocean views from its open-plan living space. The elevated layout looks across the town and St Ives Bay, and Porthmeor Beach is 600 metres away.

The bedrooms comprise two king-size rooms, one double, one bunk room and one twin with 2-foot-6-inch zip-and-link beds that can become a king-size on request. Four bathrooms serve the group. The kitchen has two electric ovens and a dishwasher, but there is no washing machine.

A southwest-facing patio includes an outdoor shower. Parking and EV charging are provided, and up to two dogs can stay. The garden adds further outside space.

Porthmeor Beach is 600 metres away and St Ives Harbour Beach is 700 metres away, with Porthminster Beach 900 metres from the property, all three within walking distance. St Ives itself is a harbour town of around 11,000 people, home to the Tate St Ives gallery on Porthmeor and an artists' colony that has drawn painters including Barbara Hepworth and Ben Nicholson since the 1880s.
