Barn Owl Cottage Looe

Barn Owl Cottage is a semi-detached, two-bedroom cottage for four near Looe. An upstairs double has en-suite facilities, while the ground-floor twin is recommended for children only. Two bathrooms are included overall. Families with four adults should consider whether the child-oriented twin arrangement suits them.

The private patio is enclosed and looks across rolling fields. Beyond it, shared grounds include a wild meadow, orchard and children's play area. The South West Coast Path is described as running from the door. Plaidy Beach is 1 mile away, East Looe Beach is 1.7 miles away and Hannafore Beach is 2.1 miles away.

WiFi, parking, a BBQ, dishwasher and washing machine are included, and up to two dogs can stay. The kitchen, lounge and diner form one open-plan space, with a Smart TV and a wooden dining table, and private parking is for one car.

The cottage is not marked accessible. A ground-floor twin may reduce stair use for one room, but the double is upstairs and no entrance, doorway or bathroom adaptation details are supplied.

**Best for:** A small family wanting two bathrooms, an enclosed patio, shared play space and coast-path access.

**Less good for:** Four adults, guests needing step-free access, or travellers wanting private use of all the grounds.
