Borah Lodge is a timber-clad 1-bedroom lodge on Borah Farm near Lamorna, sleeping 2 with 1 en-suite bathroom. Lamorna Cove is 800 metres down the valley - a sheltered granite cove with clear water and a harbour wall, popular with sea swimmers and divers. The South West Coast Path runs directly past, connecting west to Porthcurno and east to Mousehole in around 2 hours each way. Penberth Cove, one of the smallest working fishing coves in Cornwall, is 2.9 miles along the path.

Mousehole, 1.9 miles north, has a harbour, several cafes, and an annual Christmas lights display. Penzance, with supermarkets, a mainline station, and the Tate St Ives ferry, is about 3.1 miles north-east. The Minack Theatre, an open-air venue cut into the cliffs at Porthcurno, is 3.7 miles west.
