The second floor is one open-plan space with vaulted ceilings and skylights, split between a lounge around the wood burner and a long dining table for the whole group. An opening leads to a contemporary kitchen and a small utility room. Below, a gallery-level games room has a pool table, seating and a fireplace, opening onto the raised patio garden through a set of extra-long bi-fold doors. On the ground floor, two super-king bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms; the other two have zip-and-link beds configurable as twins or king-size. The family bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

The patio has a range of seating and a built-in hot tub, with a lawn beyond and a covered outdoor kitchen to one side, complete with a fireplace and gas-powered BBQ, workspace for food preparation, and a dining table and chairs.

Best for two families wanting separate living zones, since the games room and gallery-level living area give groups room to spread out, and the garden hot tub and outdoor kitchen extend that space outside. Less good for guests who want a walkable coastal village, as the nearest beach is a drive away.
