Plaidy Beach is 0.7 miles for a quieter stretch, and Hannafore Beach is 0.7 miles. The South West Coast Path is within half a mile for walking toward Fowey in one direction or Seaton Beach in the other.

Up to 2 dogs are accepted. WiFi and a dishwasher are included, and parking is in a carport under the house. The road to the house is narrow and steep. Guests who need step-free access should check with the owner before booking. Best for multi-generational groups who want a town-centre base with beach access on foot and room for a range of ages. Less good for couples or pairs who would find the scale and town-centre setting more than they need.
