Albert House

Albert House is a four-bedroom cottage in the Shutta area of Looe, a fishing town on Cornwall's south-east coast where the working harbour still lands a daily catch. The property accommodates up to 8 guests and welcomes dogs.

Inside, the ground floor has a kitchen and dining area alongside a sitting room with Smart TV. Four bedrooms are spread across three floors - a double on the first floor, two doubles and a twin on the second floor. Both upper-floor doubles have their own TVs. A bathroom with bath and overhead shower serves the main bedrooms, with a separate shower room providing additional space.

A private front terrace with seating overlooks the surrounding area, and off-road parking fits one car. East Looe Beach is 0.9 km away - a sandy stretch sheltered by the harbour walls. Plaidy Beach, a quieter mixed sand-and-shingle cove, sits 1.1 km to the east.

Looe's narrow streets hold independent shops, galleries and fish restaurants, and boat trips run to Looe Island - a Cornwall Wildlife Trust nature reserve just offshore. The coast path east leads to Whitsand Bay, while a walk west through the woods reaches Polperro in about an hour.
