Harbour House

Harbour House is a four-bedroom property on Hannafore Road in West Looe, with sea views from two of its bedrooms. The cottage sleeps 8, welcomes two well-behaved dogs.

Spread across three floors, the first floor has a sea-view king-size and a double bedroom. The second floor adds another king-size with a Juliet balcony facing the sea, plus a twin room. A family bathroom has a bath with shower over, and a second-floor shower room provides a walk-in shower. The ground floor includes a kitchen-diner, sitting room and a study/gym space. A microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher are provided, with a large fridge-freezer in the outhouse.

Enclosed front and rear patios have outdoor furniture, and the garden is fully enclosed for dogs. Free parking is available on the South West Coast Path at Hannafore, a 5-minute walk away. Paid parking at West Looe Quay is 2 minutes on foot, and Millpool car park - with EV charging - is a 6-minute flat walk. East Looe Beach is 200 metres away, and Hannafore Beach is 800 metres south with rock pools and year-round dog access.

Looe's working harbour lands fresh fish daily, and the narrow streets hold independent shops, galleries and restaurants. The coast path runs in both directions - east toward Whitsand Bay and west through woods to Polperro. Looe Island, a wildlife reserve with grey seals and nesting seabirds, is a short boat ride from the harbour.

**Best for:** two families or couples sharing, given the four bedrooms spread across three floors offer some separation, two of them with sea views. **Less good for:** guests wanting to park right outside, since the nearest free parking is a 5-minute walk away on the coast path at Hannafore.
