Anjoma is a four-bedroom cottage on Sandplace Road in Looe, sleeping 8 across a mix of king-size, twin, and bunk rooms. The property sits above the River Looe, roughly a 10-minute walk from the town's harbour and fishing quays.

The open-plan ground floor combines kitchen, dining area, and a sitting room with a gas fire. All four bedrooms have Smart TVs. Two king-size rooms and one twin offer zip-link flexibility, and a bunk room suits younger guests. A bathroom with bath and shower, a walk-in shower room, and a first-floor cloakroom serve the house. An external walk-in shower with hot and cold water is useful for rinsing off sand after beach trips. The kitchen has a double oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

A front garden terrace with balcony includes a patio, barbecue, and outdoor lounge area. The garden is fully enclosed. Off-road parking for one car is available a short walk from the property; alternatively, the Looe Valley branch line from Liskeard stops within walking distance. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Plaidy Beach - a quiet sand-and-shingle cove with rock pools - is 1.2km east along the coast path. East Looe Beach, a sandy stretch sheltered by the harbour walls, lies 1.3km away in the town centre. Looe's harbour has daily fishing boats, charter trips for blue sharks in summer, and a regular boat service to Looe Island nature reserve.
