Brambles

Brambles is a ground-floor bungalow in Gorran Haven, a small fishing village on Cornwall's south coast between Mevagissey and St Austell. All rooms are on one level, making it straightforward for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

The bungalow has one double bedroom with a wash basin and one twin room. The bathroom has both a bath and a walk-in shower. The kitchen is separate from the living and dining room, where a woodburning stove provides the main focal point. The property has a TV and WiFi.

An enclosed lawned garden with a decking area and outdoor furniture provides private outside space. Off-road parking is available for one car. A private annex attached to the side is used occasionally by the owners, but the main property and garden remain entirely separate.

Gorran Haven Beach - a calm, crescent-shaped bay with sandy shore and harbour walls that shelter the water - is 600m away, with a pub 5 minutes on foot and a shop 10 minutes. Hemmick Beach, a secluded cove with clear water for swimming and snorkelling, is 1.2 miles along the coast. Porthluney Bay sits 2.1 miles further on. Mevagissey, with its working double harbour, fish quay, and narrow lanes of tea rooms and pubs, is about 3 miles north along the coast road.
