Fishermans Loft is a first-floor apartment in the centre of Mevagissey, a working fishing village on the south Cornwall coast. The property sits on Market Square, with a shop and pub less than a minute's walk away and the double harbour - where fish are still landed daily - just steps beyond. It sleeps four in two bedrooms.

Inside, the open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom are served by a bathroom with bath and shower over. Electric panel heaters warm the apartment. Note the property is not suitable for children under 7.

Off-road parking for one car is provided - a practical detail in Mevagissey, where the inner streets are too narrow for vehicles. The village centre is pedestrianised with stone buildings, tea rooms, and traditional pubs including the Ship Inn and the Crown Inn. A summer ferry connects Mevagissey to Fowey.

Pentewan Beach, almost a mile of golden sand with lifeguards in summer, is 1.4 miles south along the coast. Gorran Haven Beach, a calm crescent-shaped bay in a small fishing village, is 2.1 miles further. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about 3 miles away, and the Eden Project is reachable within 25 minutes by car.

Best for couples or families with older children wanting a village-centre base steps from the harbour and pubs. Less suited to families with under-7s, as the property is not suitable for younger children, or to anyone wanting a garden, since none is included.
