Bude's Cwtch is a first-floor, two-bedroom apartment sleeping four in Bude town, arranged as a king-size and a twin bedroom with one bathroom. Crooklets Beach, one of North Cornwall's established surf beaches, is 300 metres from the door - close enough to check conditions from the property before packing boards. Summerleaze Beach and the Bude canal are 600 metres in the other direction.

Bude sits on the Atlantic Heritage Coast, and the South West Coast Path runs directly along the cliffs above Crooklets, giving walkers immediate access to the section toward Northcott Mouth (0.9 miles) and beyond to Morwenstow. The town centre has independent cafes, surf hire, galleries, and a Wetherspoon pub for post-walk meals, all within ten minutes on foot.

For rain days, the Bude-Stratton Museum covers the area's maritime history, and Launceston is around 17 miles for a day trip. Bude's golf course operates 18 holes on the clifftop just above the town.

This suits families or couples who want a beach-town base with the convenience of walking everywhere rather than driving. The first-floor layout is not suitable for guests with significant mobility restrictions, and there is no outdoor space such as a garden or balcony. Not great for surfers seeking a hot tub or pool after sessions - neither is available here.
