Butter Barn At Pengelly Farm

Butter Barn at Pengelly Farm is a four-bedroom barn for eight in Praze An Beeble. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, a third king can be split into twins on request, and the final room is a twin. Three bathrooms, including en-suite facilities, serve the group. The barn sleeps eight across four bedrooms, and the nearest town is Crowan.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area sits beneath a vaulted ceiling. Bi-fold doors open to a terrace looking across the bordering farmland, while a multi-game table and Smart TV provide indoor options. The enclosed garden has seating and a BBQ. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a Tassimo pod coffee machine. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are also listed, and up to two dogs are allowed.

Countryside walks begin from the doorstep. For beach time, Porthleven Beach is 4.7 miles away, Rinsey Cove is 4.8 miles away and Praa Sands is 4.9 miles away. The distances make this a rural base for driving to both coastlines, rather than a walk-to-the-beach stay.

**Best for:** Larger families or friends wanting flexible beds, three bathrooms, games and an enclosed dog-friendly garden.

**Less good for:** Guests seeking a beach on foot, a fire or step-free access.
