By The Brook

By The Brook is a three-bedroom cottage for six in Goldenbank, next to a stream on the southern edge of Falmouth. One double and two twin bedrooms suit a family or a group comfortable with mostly separate beds, and one bathroom, with a shower over the bath, serves the six guests, with a separate WC on the ground floor.

The cottage has a hot tub and an enclosed garden with a BBQ, plus a shared gym, tennis courts and a children's play area on site. WiFi, parking, EV charging, a dishwasher and a washing machine are included, and up to two dogs are allowed. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso machine, and the living area has a Smart TV.

Swanpool Beach, with its nature reserve and water sports centre, is 0.8 miles away. Maenporth Beach is 0.9 miles away and Gyllyngvase Beach is 1.2 miles away, reached via the coast path into Falmouth town. Falmouth's National Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle and independent restaurants are just over a mile north, and Budock Water is the nearest named village.

**Best for:** Families wanting a hot tub, play area, tennis, EV charging and three Falmouth-area beaches within 2 miles.

**Less good for:** Guests expecting a fire or verified step-free access.
