Primrose Cottage

Primrose Cottage is in Goldenbank, near Falmouth, which is 2.5 miles away. It sleeps six across three bedrooms on the first floor: two doubles, one of them with a TV, and a twin with 3ft single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin and a WC, and a separate cloakroom adds a second basin and WC.

The living space is open-plan, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and a conservatory that looks onto the garden. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee machine. There is a TV and WiFi, electric central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A cot and highchair are available.

The enclosed rear garden is communal, with a patio, lawn, furniture and a barbecue. Parking is allocated for one car. On-site facilities include a splash pool, gym, restaurant, bar and tennis courts among woodland and gardens, though some, such as the pool, may be closed out of season. The shop is 1.2 miles away, the pub 1 mile and the beach 1.3 miles.

Smoking and pets are not allowed, worker bookings cannot be accepted, and EV charging is not permitted. The cottage suits a family or friends sharing three bedrooms, and is best for those who can use the site facilities in season; it is less good for dog owners, since no pets are allowed.
