Rivendell

Rivendell is a three-bedroom cottage for six in Goldenbank, near Budock Water and Falmouth. Two bedrooms are doubles and the third is a twin. Upstairs, one of the doubles has an en-suite shower room, and the second bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The cottage sits within 16 acres of gardens beside a stream, and the grounds are the main draw: the cottage has a decked patio and a rear garden with furniture and a BBQ, while the resort clubhouse has a shared plunge pool and Jacuzzi (open Easter to the end of October), a gym, all-weather tennis courts, a children's play area and a large playing field. WiFi, parking, EV charging, a dishwasher and washing machine are all included. Dogs are not accepted.

Swanpool Beach is 0.8 miles away, Maenporth Beach is 0.9 miles and Gyllyngvase Beach is 1.2 miles, putting three beaches within a short drive or a longer walk. Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens are also close by for a day exploring Falmouth's subtropical gardens.

The nearest town is Budock Water.

**Best for:** families wanting a shared plunge pool and Jacuzzi, tennis and gym facilities, a play area and EV charging within 16 acres of private grounds.

**Less good for:** guests travelling with a dog or needing step-free access.
