Cape View

Cape View is a first-floor apartment at Cape Cornwall, near St Just, with a window in the open-plan living area that frames the sea. It sleeps two, in a single bedroom with a king-size bed, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC.

The living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and there is a shared utility. Electric central heating is on, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. WiFi can be unreliable for video calls because of the remote location.

There are steps up to the apartment, with an allocated parking space for one car. The garden is not enclosed and has a lawn and a bench. The coast is 0.4 miles away, the shop 1.1 miles and the pub 1.2 miles. The apartment cannot take babies. The South West Coast Path and the clifftop paths towards Cape Cornwall are close by, and Land's End is a day out from here.

One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple, and it is less good for anyone travelling with a baby or who finds steps and stairs hard going.
