The Levant Mine and Botallack engine houses - both UNESCO World Heritage Site - are under 3 miles along the coast path. Gwynver Beach, a quieter alternative to Sennen, is 3 miles south. Sennen Cove itself, with its surf school and beach cafe, is 4.2 miles down the road.

Good for a couple with a dog who want direct access to West Penwith's coast paths and mining heritage without staying on the tourist seafront. Less good for those who need beach access within walking distance.
