Catkins is a single-level, two-bedroom cottage near St Mawgan-in-Meneage, sleeping 4 in one double room and one twin. The twin beds are 2 feet 6 inches wide, better suited to children than two adults, and one bathroom serves the cottage.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area leads into a light-filled lounge with rural views. French doors open to a large enclosed garden with tiered decking and a barbecue. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and up to two dogs are welcome. There is no wood burner, and the layout is not step-free.
