Chy Lowena is a three-bedroom former tin miner's cottage in Boscaswell Village, Pendeen, with a wood-burning stove and enclosed rear garden. The cottage sleeps 6. Dogs are not accepted.

Three bedrooms - one king, one double, and one twin - sit upstairs, with reduced head height in the doorways and stairwell typical of its mining-era construction. A bathroom with shower over bath, basin, and WC serves all three rooms. Downstairs, a sitting room with the wood-burning stove, a separate dining room, kitchen, and utility room make up the ground floor. Night storage heaters supplement the stove. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer.

Outside, off-road parking fits two cars and the rear garden is enclosed. The pub (the North Inn) and a village shop are within half a mile.

Priests Cove, a rocky cove at the foot of Cape Cornwall with rock pools and dramatic sea views, is 2.5 miles southwest. Gwynver Beach, a sandy surf beach with powerful Atlantic swells and fewer crowds than nearby Sennen, is 4.6 miles away. Pendeen sits on the Tin Coast section of the South West Coast Path, with Geevor Tin Mine museum and the clifftop engine house ruins at Botallack both within walking distance. The B3306 coast road connects to St Ives, roughly 8 miles northeast.

Best for a group of six comfortable sharing one bathroom, with off-road parking for two cars. Less good for taller guests or anyone unsteady on stairs - the mining-era stairwell and bedroom doorways have reduced head height.
