Chy Lowenna

Chy Lowenna is a detached ground-floor cottage on Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, a small complex near the market town of Liskeard in east Cornwall. The single-level layout and step-free access make it a practical choice for guests with limited mobility.

Inside, three bedrooms - one double, one twin, and one single - accommodate up to five. A shower room serves the property. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area, and sitting room, with electric storage and convector heating throughout. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Parking is available for two cars, and an EV charger is on site.

A patio with outdoor furniture faces the garden, giving space to sit out in warmer months. The nearest coast is at Plaidy Beach, 13.7km south near Looe - a sheltered, dog-friendly stretch with rock pools. East Looe Beach, a sandy town beach, is 14.5km away.

Liskeard itself sits at the head of the Looe Valley, with the scenic branch-line railway running 9 miles down to Looe harbour. Stuart House, a 16th-century museum and arts centre, and a weekly farmers' market give the town a quiet draw of its own. The Eden Project is roughly 15 miles to the west.
