Chy-Nans

Single-storey bungalow, one of only three by the stream in the Village of Gardens at Pendra Loweth, near Falmouth. Two bedrooms sleep four, with all accommodation on the ground floor, a double room and a second room with bunk beds and a TV that suits children.

The open-plan living area combines kitchen and lounge, with a separate dining conservatory and doors onto a patio with a picnic bench overlooking the shared stream and communal gardens. WiFi, parking, a washing machine and an EV charging point are included, with electric heating, bed linen and towels provided. Chy-Nans does not accept dogs. The park's shared gym, splash pool, tennis courts and children's play area are all a short walk away, and a cot and highchair are available on request.

Swanpool Beach is about a 15-minute walk down winding lanes from the park, and Falmouth is a 10-minute drive, with the National Maritime Museum and boat trips across the River Fal on offer. Maenporth Beach sits closer still, reachable on foot through the valley.

Best for families with young children who will use the park's splash pool and play area without needing a car each day. Less good for anyone hoping to bring a dog, since pets are not allowed.
