Chyvarloe is a five bedroom cottage in Mitchell for ten guests, a mid-Cornwall village on the A30 roughly 7 miles east of Newquay. Two king size rooms, two doubles and one twin provide permanent beds for the full group, though only two bathrooms serve all ten, an important trade-off against larger properties with more en-suites.

The A30 makes Mitchell one of the more accessible inland bases, with Truro's cathedral and shops around 10 miles south and the Lappa Valley Steam Railway roughly 2 miles east, a wet-weather option with narrow-gauge trains and play areas.
