Cory Farm Coombe Barn

Cory Farm Coombe Barn is a renovated two-bedroom barn for four on a 267-acre family-run organic dairy farm at Gooseham, in Cornwall's far north a few miles up the coast from Bude. One double bedroom and one twin are matched by two bathrooms - a generous ratio for a four-person cottage - and the conversion keeps traditional barn features alongside its contemporary fit-out.

A wood burner heats the living space, and the kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Outside there is a garden with a barbecue, private parking and an EV charging point. Up to two dogs can stay. Guests with particular access needs should ask the owners about the barn's adaptations before booking. Discounts apply to two-week bookings.

The nearest sand is at Duckpool Beach, 3.4 miles away, with Sandymouth Beach at 4.3 miles and Northcott Mouth at 5.2 miles - all on the run of coast heading south towards Bude, the nearest resort town for shops and food.

**Best for:** a family of four wanting a working-farm stay with two bathrooms, laundry, a wood burner and room for two dogs.

**Less good for:** guests needing a beach within walking distance, or confirmed accessibility details before arrival.
