Mannings Barn

Mannings Barn is a two-bedroom barn conversion for four in Gooseham, a hamlet in Morwenstow parish about just over half a mile south of the Devon border. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the twin uses a second bathroom with a bath, so the two rooms do not need to share.

An original inglenook fireplace houses a wood burner, and a separate open fire is also fitted. The beamed farmhouse kitchen has a range oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Wi-Fi, parking and a barbecue are provided, and up to two dogs are welcome. The garden supplies private outside space, though the property is not step-free.
