Cottage at Fairwinds is a one-bedroom property for two in Carbis Bay, the village on the coast road between St Ives and Hayle. The super king-size zip-and-link bed can be arranged as twins on request, giving couples or friends a flexible sleeping setup. One bathroom serves the cottage.

A wood burner is included, and the enclosed patio provides outdoor dining space. Parking, a dishwasher, a washing machine and EV charging are included, and up to two dogs can stay. The bathroom is a contemporary shower room, and the cottage also has a sun room. Private parking is for two cars.

Carbis Bay beach is 700 metres away, Porthminster Beach 0.9 miles and St Ives Harbour Beach 1.0 mile from the property. Carbis Bay's own sand earned Blue Flag status and is sheltered enough for swimming most of the year, with a rail halt connecting to St Erth in 12 minutes for the mainline. St Ives itself is a 25-minute walk along the coast path or one stop on the branch line.
