A single-storey cottage on Trenance Farm near Mullion on the Lizard, sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms. The property has direct access to farm grounds with shared paddocks, a swimming pool open from late May to early September, and games rooms on site. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

The cottage is laid out entirely on one level with a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with bath and shower over. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, and there is access to a shared on-site laundry. Wi-Fi and Smart TV are provided.

Off-road parking is available for 1 car, and the property has a side lawned garden. Polurrian Beach - a surf-friendly stretch of golden sand with RNLI lifeguards in summer - is just 500m away. Mullion Cove Beach, a rocky cove with a National Trust harbour and good rock pooling, is 800m in the other direction.

Mullion village has a shop and pubs within walking distance. The coast path runs south from here to Kynance Cove and north to Poldhu, where the Marconi Centre marks the site of the first transatlantic radio signal in 1901. The Lizard has a wilder, less commercial feel than much of Cornwall.

Best for a couple or small family with dogs, since up to two dogs are welcome and the on-site pool runs from late May to early September. Less good for groups with more than one car, as off-road parking is limited to a single space.
