Demelza

Demelza is a first-floor apartment at the Harbour Apartments complex, positioned directly above Mullion Cove on the Lizard. Sea views from the balcony take in the cove's National Trust harbour walls and the coastline beyond. The apartment sleeps 4 and accepts dogs.

The open-plan living room leads to a seaward-facing balcony. Two bedrooms each have Hypnos Deep Divan beds - one super-king, one king - and both have en-suite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. The kitchen is fully fitted, and the sitting area has two sofas and a Smart TV. Central heating runs throughout for year-round use.

Guests have access to the Mullion Cove Hotel facilities, including an outdoor heated pool with sea views, a gym, and a thermal spa. The hotel's bar and restaurant are also available. The South West Coast Path runs past the front door, connecting south to Kynance Cove and north toward Gunwalloe.

Mullion Cove Beach - a rocky cove with a working harbour and frequent seal sightings - is just 200m away. Polurrian Beach, a sandy surf beach with lifeguard cover in summer, is 800m along the coast path. Mullion village, the largest settlement on the Lizard, sits about a mile inland with shops and pubs. The Marconi Centre at Poldhu, marking the site of the first transatlantic radio signal in 1901, is a short walk up the coast.
