Poldhu Cove - where Marconi transmitted the first transatlantic radio signal in 1901 - is 1.9km, with an NT car park, cafe, and monument on the headland.

The Lizard peninsula itself is the southernmost point of mainland Britain. The coastal path between Mullion Cove and Kynance Cove passes some of the most varied cliff scenery in Cornwall - serpentine rock formations, wildflower-covered heathland, and coves with blue-green water. Helston is 8km inland with the annual Flora Dance in May and the Flambards attraction.

This apartment is ideal for couples or small families who want both sea views and a pool in a well-managed complex, with beach access under 5 minutes on foot. It is less suitable for guests needing a garden, a dog-friendly property, or self-contained rural accommodation.
