The open-plan living space has a kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus a dining area and sitting area with Smart TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and all linen are included.

An enclosed decking area with furniture, hot tub and sea views wraps around the property, and there is a private balcony. Off-road parking for 2 cars and EV charging are on site. Guests have access to the Mullion Cove Hotel's outdoor heated pool (March to October, 8am - 8pm daily), gym, thermal spa, bar and restaurant. Mullion Cove Beach is just 300m away - a rocky cove with a National Trust harbour and regular seal sightings. Polurrian Beach, a surf-friendly golden sand beach with lifeguards in summer, is 700m.

The nearest pub is 100m from the door. Mullion village, with its shop and pubs, is about a mile inland. The coast path connects south to Kynance Cove and north to the Marconi Centre at Poldhu.
