Dawn End is a 2-bedroom house on the hillside above West Looe, sleeping 4 across 1 super-king and 1 twin bedroom. The elevated position gives sea and bay views from the lounge, which has a cushioned window seat along the main window. Tiered terraces at the rear create distinct levels for outdoor seating - useful when 4 people want different spots to sit.

East Looe Beach is 200 metres away, a broad sandy beach backed by the colourful houses of Looe town. Hannafore Beach, dog-friendly throughout the year, is 600 metres in the other direction. The 5-mile coast path to Polperro begins from the town - one of the more popular sections of the South West Coast Path on the south Cornish coast.

The property has Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a garden, and parking. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Best for couples or families with dogs who want easy beach access paired with open sea views. Not great for guests who find steep hillside walks difficult, as the route back from the beach involves a climb.

Looe is split by the river into East and West Looe, connected by a road bridge. The town has a working fish quay - catches come in most mornings and the fish market supplies local restaurants. A small passenger ferry connects to Looe Island, a nature reserve managed by the Cornwall Wildlife Trust, accessible in season.
